That\u2019s why T\u00f8rring Camping & \u00c5 Caf\u00e9 offers a cancellation option that can be added when you book.The cancellation option must be added at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.   Price10% of the total booking price.Minimum DKK 50 for Standard pitches, View pitches, Tent pitches, Motorhome pitches and Shelters.Minimum DKK 200 for Hygge cabins, Family cabins and Grand Canyon tents.   When adding the cancellation optionIf you cancel no later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.If you cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, no refund will be given.The fee for the added cancellation option is non-refundable.   Changes to your bookingYou can always change your booking after payment has been completed \u2014 just contact us by email or phone, and we\u2019ll find a solution.Payment and confirmationFor online payment, all fields with contact details must be completed. The price is shown continuously during the booking process and again at payment \u2014 this is your total price for the entire booking, and no additional costs will be added.Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. We accept Visa\/Dankort as well as approved credit and debit cards. All prices are in DKK, incl. VAT."}
