Sometimes a planned overnight stay has to be cancelled — and we’ve made it easy to handle. At Tørring Camping, you can add cancellation cover for extra peace of mind and flexibility if something unexpected happens.
With cancellation cover, you not only get more flexible terms for cancelling your booking — you also get a larger share of the amount paid back if you have to cancel.
Sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a planned stay. That’s why Tørring Camping & Å Café offers a cancellation option that can be added when you book.
The cancellation option must be added at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.
If you cancel no later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, no refund will be given.
The fee for the added cancellation option is non-refundable.
You can always change your booking after payment has been completed — just contact us by email or phone, and we’ll find a solution.
For online payment, all fields with contact details must be completed. The price is shown continuously during the booking process and again at payment — this is your total price for the entire booking, and no additional costs will be added.
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. We accept Visa/Dankort as well as approved credit and debit cards. All prices are in DKK, incl. VAT.
