All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT.
When booking Standard pitches, View pitches, Tent pitches, Motorhome pitches, Shelters, Hygge cabins, Family cabins and Grand Canyon tents, the full amount is payable at the time of Booking.
Payment is charged immediately when the Booking is completed.
Once the Booking is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. It is your responsibility to check that the information in the booking confirmation is correct.

Booking of accommodation and stays is not covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act rules on leisure and accommodation services with a specified date or period.
Cancellation must be made in writing by email.
Standard pitches, View pitches, Tent pitches, Motorhome pitches and Shelters
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 50.
If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, no refund will be given.
Hygge cabins, Family cabins and Grand Canyon tents
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 250.
If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, no refund will be given.
No refund will be given for late arrival or early departure.
Sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a planned stay. That’s why Tørring Camping & Å Café offers a cancellation option, which can be purchased in connection with the Booking.
The cancellation option must be purchased at the same time as the Booking and cannot be added afterwards.
Price
When purchasing the cancellation option
If you cancel no later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, no refund will be given.
The amount paid for the purchased cancellation option is non-refundable.
If you would like to change the Booking date or type of stay, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Any price difference between the original and the new Booking will be settled separately.
All guests must comply with the site’s current rules.
Tørring Camping & Å Café reserves the right to remove guests who seriously breach the site rules or cause a nuisance to other guests.
No refund will be given in the event of removal.
If you experience any faults or issues during your stay, please contact reception as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to resolve the problem during your stay.
Tørring Camping & Å Café cannot be held liable for loss, damage or theft of guests’ belongings.
Guests stay on the site and use the facilities at their own risk.
Tørring Camping & Å Café processes personal data in connection with Booking and stays.
